Refund Policy
Consultation fees are outlined on our website and confirmed before booking. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Services Description
Antidote Health provides telehealth consultations and natural medicine prescriptions through licensed healthcare practitioners. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Online medical consultations via video or phone
- Prescription services for eligible natural medicines
- Ongoing patient support and care management
Telehealth consultations may not be suitable for all conditions. Emergency situations require immediate in-person medical attention. Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a resident of Australia, provide accurate and complete information, and have a valid Medicare card where applicable. You agree to provide accurate health information during consultations, follow prescribed treatment plans and medical advice, and notify us of any adverse reactions or concerns.
